About Surat Chapter

With the support and inspiration from Anand Chapter and Vadodara Chapter of ISTD, we thought of starting Surat Chapter of ISTD in January 2021. We got an overwhelming response from faculty members of VNSGU, its affiliated colleges, other Universities in and around Surat, training professionals and consultants in Surat city, and professionals working corporate world. Within just 2 months, we reached a life membership of about 75 members. We organized our first general body meeting on 9^th April 2021.

The National Headquarter of ISTD, New Delhi, in its 125^th National Council Meeting, held on May 29, 2021 approved the opening of the Surat Chapter of ISTD and also the Managing Committee.
